Food Blog: Tulyase

Hey Sunnies!

This one’s another food blog! If you read the blog I’ve posted yesterday, “Be a Blessing“, you probably knew that we went to an orphanage to meet amazing children. Of course, we wouldn’t let the day pass without eating in a new place we haven’t been before.

And so we visited this food place at Padre Garcia, Batangas (a rising municipality which is located next to Lipa City) – Tulyase!

“Tulyase” which in Filipino is pronounced as tul-ya-se, is a pan which is being used by Filipinos to cook food. The owner of this place is quite creative since he came up with this idea of calling his restaurant as Tulyase. If you’ll dine in, you will also be amazed on how they serve and present their food. The place is a two-storey building wherein you can choose where to sit and eat.

As you entered, you will be greeted by the cashier who will take your orders.

During our visit, we ordered chicken meals, egg and shanghai, “sisig”, and tuna pasta. They of course served free soup. Check these photos. (The photo of pasta isn’t here because I wasn’t able to take one when it arrived. I guess I was too hungry!).

Look how the food was presented! Cute isn’t it?

If you have read on the first photo, the place is open from 7AM to 8:30PM, Monday to Sunday.

The food is good and of course affordable!

Make sure to visit their store! â™Ĩī¸

Be a Blessing

Hey there, Sunnies!

It has been a while since I’ve posted an article in this site. I have been too busy with lots of stuffs both personally and at work. I truly apologize for not being able to publish.

But today, I am back with a new one and this would be about a certain place wherein we spent some time with amazing children.

If you have read my article entitled “A day in my Life“, you are aware that I’ve got friends (who are my work mates as well) whom I am with everyday. We had came up with an idea of conducting a community service this Christmas and we chose an orphanage wherein we will be conducting the activity.

Last August, we went to Rev. Fr. Vincenzo Ida Children’s Home. This place is located at Rosario, Batangas. This one is being managed by nuns who are taking care of 16 amazing and beautiful children. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to tour around the place to see their buildings.

I only got to see this beautiful chapel wherein their masses and religious activities are being done.

When we got to meet the children, we have conducted a “getting to know” activity. We wanted to know them more so that we can plan according to what they want. While talking to them, I was really amazed. At their age, they already know what they wanted in life. Although not given the opportunity to have a well-off and complete family, they still got a positive outlook in life (which is really evident on their smiles and how they converse). I even came up with a realization that we should always be thankful with everything, even the smallest blessing.

I remember back then how naughty I was when I was at their age. I am really lucky I have awesome parents who raised me so well.

These are the children I am talking about. Look at these photos!

If you would be asking if they accept donations, of course they are! If you have a kind heart and wanted to share your blessings as well, you can let me know by leaving your comments below or sending me a message on my social media accounts.

Remember, we should always try our best to share our blessings with the less fortunate. We should also be happy and contented with what we have. Not all people are as lucky as we are.

Spread love and good vibes as much as you can.

Happy Sunday, Sunnies! â™Ĩī¸

Food for Thought

If you decided to enter in a relationship,

keep in mind that there are always two possibilities.

You’ll probably end up loving the person too much or end up hating him.

Remember that love is somehow synonymous to hate.

You cannot hate so much without truly loving.

Food Blog: Cheeze Tea!

Hey Sunnies! 💛

Yes, it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I really do not have something to publish on the last few days and I am as well quite busy. I just hope that you guys are doing great! 🙂

Last time, I went out with my friends and workmates and we headed to one milk tea shop. This one’s located at Mataas na Lupa, Lipa City, fews steps away from De La Salle Lipa.

Just now, I realized that I wasn’t able to take some photos of how the store looks like outside. ☚ī¸

Just to share, here in the Philippines, since the weather is quite sunny, people tend to look for refreshment drinks and, milk tea is one of the popular choices. There are actually a lot of famous milk tea stores especially in Lipa. We got Gong Cha (which as well is my favorite), Infinitea, Happy Cup, Bubblr, and more. We just decided to try this new store since we craved for some tea and heard amazing reviews from friends as well.

Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice that the place is quite huge and can accommodate a number of people. In addition, they have a unique store arrangement, not that typical milk tea shops you are seeing.

It’s as well fascinating since you can also play some bricks or mini games while waiting for your orders.

We tried one of their famous teas — Serradura. This is my first time seeing and drinking a milk tea with sawdust pudding. This one’s so yummy!

And yes, they have their Facebook page wherein you can check their menu and awesome tea variants.

I am recommending this store! The staff as well are very accommodating and approachable. 🙂

That’s it for this post. I’ll try uploading more on the coming days.

Happy Saturday, Sunnies! 🌹

Poem for the 12th of August

As my pen writes, as my finger types,

I’ve got ideas I felt are right.

I have this thought circling on my mind

Why do I do publish and create this site?

Two months had passed and I am still excited,

Still feeling thrilled and of course challenged.

I sometimes wondered how I was able to do this.

I even dared to dream having seminar bookings.

Why not make a book for all my readers?

Which I think will take me a year or more.

Shall I make a poetry one or that with story line?

Or an educational book or learning guide?

Will I be able to take everything to the next level?

If you wanna find out, join me in this writing travel.

Hello, Love, Good bye

Hey there, Sunnies!

Today, I have watched one of the latest Filipino movies entitled Hello, Love, Good bye. The main characters were played by the queen Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards — two famous and talented artists in the industry. Honestly, I am not an avid fan of any of the two but I love how they act and seeing the trailer made me want to watch the movie more.

In this blog, I am sharing with you the lessons and realizations I got from the movie.

  1. Dreaming is magical. As long as you got the chance to dream more, dream more. Upon building that dream of yours, do all the means you can to achieve it. Remember, a dream will remain a dream unless you move and make it happen.
  2. It is not wrong to choose yourself at times. It would be best to love yourself first before loving others.
  3. Remember that in this journey, you got amazing friends who will make you feel that even though you are sick of what’s happening, you still need to laugh and rest — people you can always turn to and will support you.
  4. Family always comes on top of the list. All of us would really do everything for the family.
  5. You should not let the other person stop you from getting what you want. A real partner would let you fly, explore, and support you in any way possible.
  6. Trust should always be the foundation of any relationship. If you trust your partner, the love between you will remain stronger.
  7. You’ll be facing the reality outside school once you graduated. Do not expect too much. Finding a decent job and earning for a living is not that easy.
  8. Rebuilding a ruined relationship and completing a broken family would be harder. Accept the reality that not everyone has a happy ending.
  9. You would really need to exert lots of effort and time in achieving your life goals. Turning a 24-hour day to a 36-hour one is indeed possible as long as you have the drive to push through. Success doesn’t happen overnight.
  10. Learn to endure every pain you feel during the process. That would make you better and braver.
  11. If your heart was once broken, never be afraid to love again. Know that there is one person destined to be with you.

Hope you learned something from this as well!

Happy Saturday! ❤
